My Agile Experience

What was really exciting was to see the Scrum methodology adopted company wide at Simdesk. Because of the success of our team I was able to train and mentor other team leads, managers and corporate executives to use Scrum. This lead to increased productivity and better communication among the teams, support, product managers and upper management. Goals are well defined and consistently meet.

Pervasive Software - Senior Lead Software Engineer

Pioneered Scrum agile development methodologies with utilities team and introduced for company-wide implementation.

Maintained and enhanced the C/C++ utilities for the database administrative tools. Lead the effort in adopting new C/C++ technologies and build process.

Designed the architecture of the next generation utilities and successfully lead and contributed to team development of five new Java based database administration utilities in a six-month period using the Scrum methodology.

Proposed and designed architecture and C/C++ interfaces for the license management subsystem used across multiple products and guided the C/C++ development process.
